Adding new units to our product range or establishing a reliable refurbishment loop on customer request require a development process. Within an agreed timeframe we can learn unit electrically and mechanically. We will learn how to command this unit and create all the necessary documentation.
RESER support engineers can travel to our customers and provide onsite support. That can assisting with installation or deinstallation, troubleshooting, provide robot maintenance training or perform a RESER exclusive preventive maintenance program.
RESER is capable to assist with robot installation. We provide this service for all the robots we can support.
RESER provide tailor made onsite or offsite training for Genmark, Brooks, PRI Equipe and Yaskawa robots. These trainings are focussed on troubleshooting, maintenance, minor repairs and recognizing failure modes. Other brands can be added on customer request.
