You can call our support team at +31 413 725 725, we are available during office hours Middel European time and Eastern Standard Time.

You can email our support team at support@reser.nl. When you are having a technical issue please mention the device brand and type in the subject. Also provide as much information as possible. Things that help are:

  • Serial numbers or previous RMA numbers
  • Photo’s
  • Videos (not too big file sizes)
  • Event logging

Onsite support

RESER support engineers can travel to our customers and provide onsite support. They can assist with installation or de-installation, troubleshooting, provide a robot maintenance training or perform a RESER exclusive preventive maintenance on your robot system

Training

Our training programs are set up helping your team become more proficient and efficient in maintaining wafer handler systems.

Training can be given on customer location or at our location in Uden, the Netherlands. Goal for training is to give the trainee a better understanding how the robot works, how to do maintenance and how to make simple repairs.
